Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or class. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded, where applicable.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, or failure to attend without notice, will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions where necessary. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund. By making a booking, you agree to this booking policy.
